Repeat Prescriptions

Please allow 48 hours for repeat prescriptions to be processed.

Requests can be made ONLINE - to register firstly 

contact reception and confirm an up-to-date email address is recorded in your patient notes 

then request an activation email is sent from the practice. 

then begin the registration process with patient access online

you can not register as an active online user without this activation code

unfortunately, moving to a new system means previously registered online users need to re-register

Alternatively Repeat prescriptions can be requested by phoning the repeat prescription line on 9068 7569.  This line is available 24 hrs a day 7 days week. When ordering, please allow us time to process your prescriptions - that is 2 WORKING DAYS - NOT INCLUDING weekends OR bank holidays, when the surgery is closed.

Prescription ordering forms available at reception can still be used.

ONLY MEDICATIONS ON YOUR REPEAT LIST CAN BE REQUESTED USING THE ABOVE METHODS

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
