Whooping Cough Vaccination

This is advised for all pregnant women from or as soon after the 16th week of pregnancy as possible. Please make an appointment with the Practice Nurse.

Test Results

You may obtain the results of tests taken at the Surgery by telephoning 9068 7579 at the following times:-

Monday to Friday - call between 12.30pm and 1.00pm

Non-NHS Services

Some services are not available on the NHS.

For example:

Private medicals
Driving licence medicals
Travel cancellation forms
BUPA forms.

A fee is payable in accordance with the standard BMA rate. A list is available at reception.
